A real time fact is that if any company has profile on wiki than the company no need SEO because an encyclopedia account is itself a SEO. I see that not only Google but almost all search engines like Bing, Blekko, Duckduckgo, yahoo etc. Give too much importance to Wikipedia information.
A humor is famous that it’s not possible to create the wiki profile for all company, organization, persons but I oppose, this is not complete truth.
Wiki allow authors to create articles about any famous things but the main limitation is not promotional, only informative. Wiki wants right reference links for understanding the articles are how much trustfully. This is main reasons that all search engine always give the priority to wiki content & shows it on top.
